Meet The Owner
Melissa Booker-Pomata is a native-born Angeleno and Speech-Language Pathologist. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has strategically worked in a variety of settings to ensure her experience is versatile.
In 2020, she began as a private practitioner in order to accommodate her desire to work with more families in underserved communities, and make an impact in the lives of many who struggle with speech and language disorders.
When she’s not immersed in her love of speech, you can find her in the great outdoors camping with her husband, spending time with family and friends, cultivating her garden, or at home with an audiobook on and a cozy cup of tea in her hands.
“I work with each client and their caregivers to ensure they get the best care possible. I’m committed to the continued improved communication of every individual I engage in therapy, and treat them with a thoughtful and personalized approach.”
-Melissa Booker-Pomata M.S., CCC-SLP
